Multi-zone controllers can be supplied up to 12 zones & feature individual PID controllers which can be removed & interchanged to eliminate downtime and save the significant cost of replacing a complete unit. These multi-zone units can also be supplied with the appropriate heater & thermocouple cables with the corresponding plug/sockets to ensure compatibility with existing hot runner systems.
