We have the flexibility to supply almost any size and loading of Cartridge Heater manufactured to a very high standard. The comprehensive range varies from standard 230 volt heaters to items manufactured to meet our customers' individual requirements.
These Cartridge Heaters can be supplied with a variety of lead types ranging from glass fibre to high temperature insulation such as Kapton.

These Cartridge Heaters can be supplied with a variety of lead types ranging from glass fibre to high temperature insulation such as Kapton.
Designs can be fitted with a dedicated earth lead & a built-in Type 'J' or Type 'K' Thermocouple. In some designs a built-in PT100 probe can be incorporated.
In addition, options such as right angled bends, threaded fittings, welded flanges & varied heating zones can be specified. The majority of these heaters are produced as single phase, however other voltages including current return via casing, can also be manufactured.
